The app lost my project and i couldnt export it

the app lost all my projects! i tried to export the video timelapse and it didnt work, it said that couldnt do it. so i closed the app and reopened. right after the project simply disappeared! is there anyway i can restore my project? it was a timelapse made during 6h. any help is appreciated. thank you.

marinatkerber hello and sorry about this. I've replied to your email, but I'll add what I wrote here too:

Could you please let me know your device model, android version, and the version of Velocity Lapse that you are using? Then I can look at the logs to see what happened.

To recover your projects you can plug your device into your computer and navigate to:
/storage/emulated/0/Android/com.velocitylapse.velocitylapse/data/.

If you are using external storage (SD card), projects will be saved to /storage/<external_storage_name>/Android/com.velocitylapse.velocitylapse/data/.

You could also try navigating to the folder with a file manager app, but on newer Android versions you won't be able to (I'm not sure what Android version your device is running).
