[Resolved] My project export is cancelled

Hello, today I used the app after 4 weeks and when I tried to export my project it tells me that the export has been cancelled, it appears in a small pop-up window at the bottom, I tried to make another small project and the same thing happens to me, something that had never happened to me before.

The device on which I have the App installed is a Samsung Galaxy J7 Neo with a 15 GB micro SD. Android Version 9

Hello osmave, if you had set the "Save Exported Videos To" setting to a folder the SD Card, that would likely be the problem. Unfortunately, this is currently a known issue with Android 9 and prior (documented at https://guide.velocitylapse.com/settings.html#save-exported-videos-to).

The solution would be to change the "Save Exported Videos To" setting to a valid folder in your device storage, then try exporting again. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Thank you very much for your reply. I will try to save in another directory, but it seems strange to me because until a few weeks ago, as I told you, I had not had any similar problem.

I changed the root of the save directory to DCIM and it started exporting without any problems, problem solved for now. I just have to be careful now not to exceed the size of the resulting files and the amount I store because I think the device only has 5 GB free.
