You can get the PRO version on multiple devices by following these steps:
1) Sign in to the same Google Account that you used to make the purchase (ensure that it is selected in the Google Play store app) on your device.
2) Go to the Pro upgrade screen in Velocity Lapse and scroll to the bottom.
3) Tap the “Restore purchase” button.
